At All Eyes On Me, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
